The room prices are per person / night incl. breakfast, excluding local tax

The prices are per flat / night, excluding local tax, breakfast and final cleaning
Local tax € 2,60 per person and day (from 15 years)
Final cleaning: one-off € 80
Optional breakfast: € 14 per person (please order in advance)

BOOKING AVAILABILITY FLAT
Please note that our flat can only be booked for stays of 5 days or more
 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
You can move into your booked accommodation from 3 pm, we ask you to vacate the room / flat by 10 am on the day of departure
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you arrive earlier or depart later.

CHILD REDUCTION IN PARENT'S ROOM (2 full-paying adults)
0-2 years 100
3-5 years 75 %
6-11 years 50
12-14 years 25 %

3rd person in double room with extra bed -20 % per night

SURCHARGES
Double room for single use: € 10 to € 15 per night
Short stay supplement: € 10 to € 15 per night 
Pets: € 10 to € 15 per day (without food)

DEPOSIT
You will be charged € 120,- for lost house keys

PAYMENT
25 % on booking, remaining payment on departure in CASH or by EC card

CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival
From 14 days before arrival 50 % cancellation fee
From 7 days before arrival 100 % cancellation fee
