Indulgence for guests with coeliac disease
A gluten-free diet offers a wide range of options without having to sacrifice enjoyment. People with coeliac disease can enjoy almost all staple foods without hesitation - from fresh vegetables and fruit to meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, oils and pulses to gluten-free grains such as buckwheat, millet, amaranth, quinoa, rice and maize.
The main focus is on processed foods, which often contain hidden sources of gluten. For example, baked vegetables can be dusted with flour to make them crispier. For those affected, traces or residues, for example from the same spoon, are sometimes enough to trigger symptoms.
Please let us know of any food intolerances before you arrive, you will find special products at our breakfast buffet and great dishes in the à la carte restaurant - so nothing stands in the way of an enjoyable holiday!
